It was blazing saddles at the used tack and garage sale fundraiser, which took place Saturday, June 27, 2009 - one of the hottest days of the year! From 9:00 am to 3:00 pm DreamPower volunteers staffed the sale at the San Martin Lions Hall.  Two of the DreamPower minis, Trigger and Zachary, were also on hand to greet shoppers. There were many amazing bargains to be had, from high end saddles to used bits, blankets and other gear.

From DreamPower Director Martha McNiel: "Many, many, many thanks to everyone who helped with the Garage and Tack Sale yesterday.  I am very happy to report that DreamPower made $775 for the day!  This was a lot of work for a lot of people, and we really appreciate everyone who helped to collect items, organize things, sell things, babysit the mini's and get the word out.  And a big special thank-you to Debbie Elrick, for coming up with the idea and organizing everything."
